Senior Partner, Genesys - The Travel Technology Consultancy

Paul has many years experience of technology consultancy for both large blue chip corporations and owner managed businesses within the travel, tourism and leisure industries.

He has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of travel technology and is regularly called upon to advise users, as well as suppliers, of travel technology. His consultancy experience includes strategic activities such as I.T. planning, new product development, business process re-engineering. Tactical work includes system specification writing, project management and market research.

As a leading authority on travel systems and distribution, Paul has spoken at many travel technology conferences, appeared on television and is regularly quoted in the Press.

Paul has co-authored several reports examining the impact of technology on the distribution of travel, including “Distribution Technology in the Travel Industry” published by Financial Times Retail and “Marketing Destinations Online – Strategies for the Information Age” published by the World Tourism Organisation.

Prior to founding Genesys, Paul was Business Development Director of Finite Group plc where, amongst his other responsibilities, he led the Group's Strategic I.T. Consultancy.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management and is a member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
